Chicken with capsicum and baby corn


1 red capsicum (shredded)

1 green capsicum (shredded)

10 baby corns

200g chicken (shredded)

Seasoning 1

1 tablespoons sriracha sauce

3 tablespoons oil

Seasoning 2

1 tablespoons sugar

1/4 tablespoons salt

3 tablespoons water


Fry seasoning 1 over low heat till it becomes fragrant.

Add chicken and fry evenly over medium heat.

Add baby corns, shredded capsicums and seasoning 2.

Continue frying until cooked. Serve hot with plain rice.
